Daryl Chew will speak on the “Achieving the E in ESG for the Litigation Practice – Aspirational or Reality” panel at the Litigation Conference 2022, hosted by The Law Society of Singapore.

Environmental, social, governance (ESG) considerations are now mainstream and expected to impact businesses globally. Organisations are increasingly under pressure to put in place ESG in response to market and shareholder demands, and clients are increasingly keen for their service providers, including law firms, to have similar strategies and targets in place.

The panellists, including practitioners and members of the judiciary, will explore how to conduct litigation in a sustainable manner and innovative tools and processes that can be deployed.

Daryl is the managing partner of the firm’s Singapore office.
