Join our team of dedicated arbitration lawyers across five offices.  We are proud that clients regard us as the “special forces” of international arbitration, calling on Three Crowns to advise on their most complex, bet-the-company disputes.

We welcome applications from lawyers qualified in any jurisdiction who:

  • have international arbitration experience in a leading international dispute resolution practice or chambers;
  • want to use and develop their oral and written advocacy skills;
  • have an excellent academic background and a passion for international arbitration or public international law; and
  • possess excellent verbal and written English skills as well as additional language skills that may be of value to the firm.

International associates and interns

An unparalleled opportunity for junior lawyers or recent LLM graduates to develop their skills and knowledge in the field of international arbitration.

International associates

Through the Columbia LLM Program, we offer a limited number of International Associate positions in Washington, DC. Opportunities are available for exceptionally talented international lawyers to gain high-quality international arbitration work experience for up to 12 months immediately following their LLM studies.  Candidates must be eligible to work in the US immediately after completing their studies.

Interns

We offer six-month internships in London, Paris and Singapore. The programmes in each office vary, but the quality of work is unparalleled.  The internship provides invaluable experience, and enhances employment prospects, for ambitious and talented junior lawyers and graduates.

Interns are involved in a variety of tasks, including legal research, correspondence, assisting with written submissions and providing support for oral hearings.

Our internships are highly competitive. Preference is given to individuals who have either acquired some experience in international arbitration or can clearly demonstrate a passion for, and determination to work in, this field.

Fluent written and spoken English is required. Other language skills are desirable.

  • London – applications will open 1-31 December for internships commencing in July 2025, and 2-30 June for internships commencing in January 2026.
  • Paris – applications will open 1-31 December for internships commencing in January and July 2026
  • Singapore – applications will open 2-30 June for internships commencing in January and July 2026.
