Three Crowns is seeking an exceptional junior level associate with preferably one year of international arbitration experience or substantive commercial litigation experience.

The role will involve working closely with partners and other colleagues across the firm on high value, complex international arbitration cases – principally disputes involving transnational commercial contracts and international investment treaties between parties located in multiple jurisdictions.

A qualification in England and Wales is highly desirable.

Three Crowns is seeking an exceptional mid-level associate with at least three years’ experience representing clients in arbitrations and arbitration-related proceedings.

The successful candidate will assume a key role in the team, advising on the procedural requirements under the CPR and practices, as well as working closely with partners and other colleagues across the firm to formulate case theory and strategy on high value, complex international arbitration cases, including managing more junior members of the team in the process.

The paralegal will have worked as a paralegal or legal assistant at a leading international dispute resolution practice on high value, complex disputes – commercial litigation, international arbitrations (commercial or investment treaty / state to state) or PIL – with at least 3+ years’ experience, and have
participated in both in-person and virtual hearings.
