Constantine Partasides QC will deliver the keynote address on “Arbitrator Ethics in International Arbitration” at the Virtual ITA Workshop and Annual Meeting, which is taking place Wednesday 16 – Friday 18 June. Constantine’s address will be held on Wednesday 16 June at 11:30 am – 12:45 pm CDT (-5 BST). This year’s forum will explore ethical issues facing arbitrators and how they and the other stakeholders deal with them. The topics to be discussed include emerging codes of conduct, conflicts of interest and disclosures, and challenges of arbitrators.
