Constantine, a founding partner of the firm, has appeared as lead counsel in some of the largest international arbitrations of the last two decades. He is recognised in all major directories and publications. Chambers UK list him as a “Star Individual” in International Arbitration—one of only two lawyers with this ranking, he was named in the “Hall of Fame” for International Arbitration in the 2021 edition The Legal 500 UK, and has been ranked as one of the “Top 20” individuals in the world of commercial arbitration every year since 2011 by Who’s Who Legal.


Gaëtan is a founding partner of Three Crowns. He has over 20 years of experience serving as advocate or arbitrator in both commercial and investment treaty arbitrations. Gaëtan has been ranked as a leading international arbitration practitioner in all major publications, including ChambersThe Legal 500The Legal 500’s Arbitration Powerlist 2019, and Who’s Who Legal (legal thought leader).


Reza is a partner in the London office. He has represented clients as counsel and advocate in more than 90 arbitrations conducted under a variety of arbitration rules in many different jurisdictions. He is recognised as a Global Elite Thought Leader in Arbitration by Who Who’s Legal, noting that he is “extremely highly regarded” and Chambers describes him as giving “clear and authoritative advice on matters of strategy and case development”, with a source praising him as “a fantastic lawyer” and “a market leader”.


Carmen, a partner in the London office, appears regularly as advocate in numerous investment treaty and commercial arbitrations, both under the rules of the major arbitral institutions and ad hoc. Her matters involve a variety of jurisdictions, with a particular focus on Latin America and Spain. Carmen is recognised in all major publications, with sources describing her as “one of the most impressive legal minds I have encountered”, or a “truly gifted practitioner”.


Manish, a partner in the London office, is a dual-qualified English solicitor and Indian advocate. He has extensive experience of representing clients in both commercial and investment treaty arbitrations across a broad range of sectors and in arbitration-related court litigation. Manish is consistently ranked as a leading practitioner in arbitration and public international law by major directories such as Who’s Who Legal and The Legal 500, with clients describing him as “the total package”, who “possesses excellent knowledge of international arbitration”.


Georgios, one of the founding partners of Three Crowns, has a broad practice spanning more than two decades and covering inter-State, investment, and commercial disputes. He has represented States, international organisations, and private parties in more than 70 disputes, including several appearances in the International Court of Justice. He is recognised in Chambers and The Legal 500, and as a Thought Leader by Who’s Who Legal.


Todd, a founding partner of Three Crowns, has handled complex international commercial arbitration cases for over 25 years. As counsel, he represents clients in high-stakes disputes around the world in diverse sectors including high-tech manufacturing, automobile distribution, aviation, oil and gas, electricity, and mining. He has deep experience with disputes presenting challenging financial and technical issues, such as those arising from banking operations, teaming arrangements, supply and M&A deals, and gas pricing, under both common law and civil law systems.


Kathryn, a partner in the Paris office of Three Crowns, acts for States and corporate clients in all types of disputes, including investment treaty and commercial.  She is also on the ICSID Panel of Arbitrators, and publishes and speaks regularly on arbitration and international law – including, most recently, on emissions trading schemes and deep seabed mining. Luke is a founding partner of Three Crowns and represents private and sovereign clients in some of their most significant commercial, investor-State, and inter-State arbitrations. His practice spans the technology, energy, and financial sectors and includes successfully prosecuting one of the largest ICC cases in history. Liz, a partner in the Washington, DC office, has more than two decades of experience as an advocate and adviser in international arbitration matters. She has acted in arbitrations around the world, with notable experience of disputes arising in Africa, India, and Asia. Liz has particular expertise handling disputes involving States and State entities and fiscal disputes under long-term contracts. Her practice is a mix of commercial and investment treaty arbitration, with a focus on the upstream energy, power, and mining sectors. She is recognised in ChambersThe Legal 500, and Who’s Who Legal.


Scott, a partner in our Washington, DC office, has 15 years’ experience in handling complex international investment and commercial arbitrations in the oil and gas, construction, energy, mining, gaming, defence, technology, and agribusiness sectors. Scott has been recognised in Who’s Who Legal every year since 2016, which notes that clients singled him out as “one of the smartest lawyers I have ever worked with”, describing him as “a thoughtful and well-regarded practitioner”.
