Three Crowns will host an event in collaboration with ICC Young Arbitration and ADR Forum (YAAF) during London International Disputes Week on “Emergency Arbitrators: A “good to have” or “must have”?”.
The panel will feature Jonathan Fernandes speaking alongside Colleen Parker (Counsel, ICC) and Karolina Latasz (Associate, Allen & Overy), and will be moderated by Viv Thien.
Panellists will discuss how the availability of emergency arbitrators fares ten years since its first introduction into the 2012 ICC Rules of Arbitration, and will share their experiences of obtaining relief from emergency arbitrators, from the perspectives of the appointing institution and both as applicant and responding party.
The event will take place at 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm GMT on Thursday 18 May 2023 at Three Crowns’ London offices.
