Leilah Bruton and Richard Trinick recently authored an article, “Outlook for Life Sciences Arbitration Post-Coronavirus”, for Corporate Disputes Magazine.

The article looks at the key trends arising out of the pandemic and the ‘new normal’ and assess what these may mean for life sciences arbitration in the coming months and years. The authors address the fallout of the vaccine rollout, global vaccine inequality, a rise in M&A, and supply chain disruption.
