She has particular expertise in public international law, and has acted in a wide range of high-value investment treaty and commercial arbitrations under ICSID, LCIA, ICC and UNCITRAL rules, including disputes in the energy, media, telecommunications and infrastructure sectors.
Liz Snodgrass, Executive Partner of Three Crowns, said: “Richard and Ridhi are outstanding lawyers and trusted advocates for our clients, and their promotions are richly deserved. Richard’s progression from junior associate to partner reflects both the consistent calibre of his work and our long-term commitment to developing talent from within the firm. Ridhi’s promotion recognises her technical excellence, sound judgment and the central role she plays on some of our most complex matters.”
Richard Trinick added: “Over the past eight years I have been fortunate to work alongside my exceptional colleagues at Three Crowns in tackling our clients’ most challenging and significant disputes. It has been a privilege to learn from such talented advocates, and I look forward to developing our practice further and continuing to assist our clients.”
The Senior Litigation Counsel in a FTSE100 listed energy company, and client of Richard’s, quoted: “Richard’s promotion to the Three Crowns partnership is thoroughly deserved. He is a fantastic lawyer who knows the detail inside out, yet cuts through complexity and always keeps sight of the big picture. He is also a pleasure to work with. We value his clarity and judgement.”
Ridhi Kabra added: “I am very pleased to be promoted to Counsel – Three Crowns offers a uniquely collaborative environment and the opportunity to work on some of the most complex and high-profile international disputes. I look forward to continuing to support our clients and to contributing to the ongoing success of the firm.”
