Richard Trinick will speak at a panel discussion session on “Combatting Climate Change: ISDS, friend or foe?”, hosted by Young EFILA (European Federation for Investment Law and Arbitration) and Allen & Overy.

The principal aim of the Young EFILA network is to promote the sharing of knowledge of all aspects of international investment law, including arbitration, at the European level amongst young members of the arbitration community.

The hybrid event will take place on Wednesday 15 March from 6:00 to 7:00 pm CET at Allen & Overy’s Madrid office, and will be followed by a cocktail reception.
