Penny Martin will speak on the ‘Current developments in M&A and FDI in the Asia Pacific region’ panel at the 7th IBA Asia Pacific Regional Forum Biennial Conference, presented by the IBA Asia Pacific Regional Forum.

This session will explore recent M&A and FDI trends across several Asia Pacific jurisdictions and discuss how lawyers and their clients can respond and adapt to such trends. The session will present case studies of multi-jurisdictional M&A deals and invite audience input through live polls and other interactive features.

Penny will speak alongside Lee Won Chen (Rahmat Lim & Partners), John Cordova (Deputy General Counsel, Grab), Alfa Setiawati (ATD Law), and Takashi Toichi (TMI Associates). The session will be chaired by Patricia T Ngochua (Tayag & Ngochua) and Jong Kwon Ryoo (Yulchon).

The panel will take place on Friday 24 February at the ParkRoyal Collection Marina Bay, Singapore.
