Three Crowns to host panel on “Cross-border M&A disputes: what are the key trends in transactions, why do disputes arise and how to deal with them when they do” during LIDW 2025

Three Crowns will co-host a panel with Accuracy on the topic “Cross-border M&A disputes: what are the key trends in transactions, why do disputes arise and how to deal with them when they do”, as part of London International Disputes Week 2025.

Join us for an insightful panel discussion on the topic of M&A disputes, which will explore key trends in M&A transactions in 2025 and how to mitigate the risks, the current landscape of M&A disputes, and the quantification of damages in such disputes.

Partners Reza Mohtashami KC and  Leilah Bruton will speak alongside Charlene Burridge (Accuracy), Anthony Theau-Laurent (Accuracy), Adam Bujdoso (Schneider Electric), and Marco C. Laurita – TotalEnergies.
