In its annual industry awards, the American Lawyer has recognized the claimants’ August 2018 win in Chevron Corporation and Texaco Petroleum Corporation v. The Republic of Ecuador as “one of the largest international arbitrations in history” in which the claimants’ “team of lawyers helped avoid global disruption.”  Three Crowns partners Luke Sobota and Jan Paulsson serve as counsel to the claimants in these proceedings.
