Richard Trinick will participate in the Oxford-style debate, “After Achmea, Komstroy and PL Holdings: the EU is still an attractive foreign investment destination”, hosted by Young EFILA (European Federation for Investment Law and Arbitration). Richard will be arguing in favour of the motion.
The debate is part of the launch of the Young EFILA network in Amsterdam and will take place on the eve of the EFILA Annual Conference 2022. The network’s principal aim is to promote the sharing of knowledge of all aspects of international investment law, including arbitration, at the European level amongst young members of the arbitration community.
The event will take place at Linklaters’ Amsterdam office on Wednesday 8 June from 4:00 to 6:30pm CEST.
