Penny Martin will act as a judge for the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators’ (SIArb) Annual Debate on the topic of “This House Believes that the Future of Arbitration Belongs to Disputes Boutiques”.
The event will look at whether disputes boutiques are the future of arbitration or a passing fad, examining the development of disputes boutiques and their impact on the broader arbitration industry.
The debate is supported by Maxwell Chambers and SIAC and is sponsored by FTI Consulting. It will take place on Tuesday 6 December from 5:00 to 8:00pm SGT at the NTUC Centre in Singapore.
