Leilah Bruton will introduce a panel on the topic “Amicable Settlements and Mediation in Arbitration: Structure and Incentives” at the Norwegian Arbitration Day 2024, hosted by the Scandinavian Institute of Maritime Law.
The panel, moderated by Ola Nisja of Wikborg Rein, will feature speakers Madeleine Thorn of the SCC, Christian Hauge of Wiersholm, and Mathias Steino of Hafnia Law Firm.
The conference will a valuable platform for knowledge exchange and networking between arbitration practitioners across the Nordic region.
The event will take place on Thursday 8 February from 2:30pm to 6:30 pm at the University of Oslo Gamle Festsal, Domus Academica, Oslo.
