Kimberly Larkin will serve as a moderator for the upcoming webinar, “The Recognition and Enforcement of Awards in International Arbitration.” The panel will feature a dialogue among international arbitration attorneys as well as specialists in asset tracing and third-party funding. The panel will cover a variety of topics relating to recognition and enforcement of international arbitral awards, including recent decisions from civil and common law jurisdictions on the public policy defence to enforcement, strategic approaches to asset tracing and recovery, and funding global asset tracing, enforcement, and recovery efforts.
The event will take place on Wednesday, 15 April at 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm ET and is hosted by the Harvard International Arbitration Law Students Association.

Kimberly, an associate in the Washington, DC office of Three Crowns, represents clients in international commercial and investment arbitrations across a variety of sectors, including the technology, energy, mining and natural resources, and financial services industries.
Kimberly also regularly advises States and international non-governmental organisations on public international law issues, building on her prior experience at the Office of the Legal Adviser at the U.S. State Department.
