Jonathan Fernandes will speak virtually at the Experts in Litigation and Arbitration (ELA) Quarterly Hangout, about the arbitration of oil and gas disputes, including specifically: issues of corruption and illegality in international arbitration, sovereign immunity, and expert evidence techniques. The ELA is co-founded by London intern Christopher Awodimila.
