Constantine Partasides QC will take part in a panel discussion aimed at identifying best practices for the cross-examination of fact witnesses, as part of the Young ICCA Skills Training Workshop on Cross-Examination.
The workshop is intended to provide a unique opportunity for participants to attend a demonstration of a cross-examination based on a mock international arbitration case. The in-person nature of this event will allow participants to interact with the speakers in a scenario as close as can be to an international arbitration hearing.
The event, which is open to all Young ICCA members, will take place at National and Kapodistrian University of Athens on Friday 29 July from 3:00pm to 6:00pm EEST.
