Panellists will explore recent trends and developments in both domestic and international arbitration to identify and evaluate the best practices in arbitration that can be integrated into the mainstream.
Constantine will speak on a panel discussion on “Reimagining Arbitration in a Post-Covid World: Right to Physical Hearing” at 2:30 pm to 4:00pm on Friday 17 February.
Manish will speak on a panel discussion on “International Commercial Arbitration: Lessons from West to East” at 4:15pm to 5:45pm on Friday 17 February.
