Constantine Partasides KC and Manish Aggarwal will speak at the first edition of the Delhi Arbitration Weekend (DAW), hosted by the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).

The event will gather experts from around the world to engage in dialogues and panel discussions geared towards the resolution of challenges confronting the arbitration community. Panellists will explore recent trends and developments in both domestic and international arbitration to identify and evaluate the best practices in arbitration that can be integrated into the mainstream.

Constantine will speak on a panel discussion on “Reimagining Arbitration in a Post-Covid World: Right to Physical Hearing” at 2:30 pm to 4:00pm on Friday 17 February.

Manish will speak on a panel discussion on “International Commercial Arbitration: Lessons from West to East” at 4:15pm to 5:45pm on Friday 17 February.

The event will take place from Friday 17 February to Sunday 19 February in New Delhi.
