Richard Trinick will speak on a panel titled “Crossroads of Power and Resources: Navigating Investor – State Commodity Disputes in a Shifting Global Landscape”, hosted by HKA Law as part of London Arbitration Week 2025.
This panel examines how investor–state resource disputes are being reshaped by global forces and evolving risk dynamics. As governments recalibrate energy strategies and regulatory frameworks, arbitration practitioners and valuation experts face new complexities in resolving high-stakes disputes over natural resources and infrastructure.
Richard will speak alongside fellow panellists Matthias Cazier-Darmois (Partner, HKA), Nadia Darwazeh (Partner & Head of Arbitration Practice, Clyde & Co), Michael Greenop (Counsel, WilmerHale), and Tim Hart (Partner, HKA).
The panel will take place on Tuesday 2 December from 10:30am to 12:00pm, at IET London, 2 Savoy Place.
