Three Crowns to host Young EFILA panel, “AI and Investment Arbitration: Case Studies on Legal, Practical and Ethical Considerations”

Three Crowns, in collaboration with Young EFILA, will host a panel on “AI and Investment Arbitration: Case Studies on Legal, Practical and Ethical Considerations”.

Join us for an interactive panel discussion on the topic of AI and investment arbitration, featuring a diverse panel of speakers sharing their insights on a range of legal, practical and ethical considerations, including on AI and document production, the use of AI in drafting arbitral awards, and ethical considerations for counsel and arbitrators.

Nicole Geldenhuys, an associate in our London office, will moderate a panel comprising Katrina Limond (Counsel, A&O Shearman), Eugenia Seoane de la Cuesta (Principal Associate, Cuatrecasas), Ioana Bratu (PhD in Law and Technology, The Open University Institute & University of Exeter), and Veronika Lakhno (Associate, Boies Schiller Flexner).

The event will take place on Thursday 27 November from 9:00am to 10:30am at Three Crowns’ London office. Coffee and pastries will be served, with a networking reception to follow.

ABOUT NICOLE GELDENHUYS

Nicole is an associate in the London office. She has experience acting in investment treaty and international commercial arbitrations conducted under the ICSID, UNCITRAL, LCIA and ICC institutional rules. She has advised clients in disputes relating to the energy, oil and gas, aviation, media, telecommunications, and financial services sectors.

Nicole holds an LLM from Columbia Law School, where she was awarded the Parker Certificate of Achievement in International and Comparative Law. She received her undergraduate degree in law from Durham University. She is qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales.
