ABOUT LIZ SNODGRASS

Liz, a partner in the Washington, DC office, has more than two decades of experience as an advocate and counsellor in international arbitration matters. Her practice is a mix of commercial and investment treaty arbitration. Liz has particular expertise handling disputes involving States and State entities. Her clients span a wide variety of sectors, with a focus on upstream energy, power, mining, aerospace, and telecoms.

Liz’s publications on international law and arbitration issues include the seminal article, “Protecting Investors’ Legitimate Expectations” in the ICSID Review.
