Zach Mollengarden will be delivering a lecture on  “regulatory chill” and international investment law, with reference to global efforts to combat climate change, hosted by Lyon Catholic University.

Zach will be providing a general review of what “regulatory chill” describes, whether it is a valid concern, and if so, how a “chilling” effect may impact domestic and international initiatives to reduce global warming.

The event, which will take place virtually, will be on Thursday 10 February at 13:30pm CET (12:30pm GMT / 7:30am ET).
