Timothée is a French-qualified lawyer based in Paris. His practice focuses on international commercial and investment arbitration, as well as litigation before the French courts. He has experience in disputes conducted under various arbitral frameworks, including ICC, PCA-administered and ad hoc proceedings, across sectors such as energy, M&A, oil and gas, telecommunications and construction. His arbitration and litigation practice is further informed by his experience at the International Commercial Chamber of the Paris Court of Appeal, where he assisted judges with annulment and appellate proceedings.

Timothée has acted for and assisted clients in a range of complex cross-border disputes. His experience includes advising oil and gas companies in setting-aside proceedings before the Paris Court of Appeal, acting for a private equity fund in an ICC arbitration seated in Paris, and advising a telecommunications equipment manufacturer in an ICC arbitration. He has also worked on matters involving a major renewable energy company, shareholders’ disputes, aviation-related litigation, real estate disputes, and construction-related claims concerning the development of a nuclear power plant.

Timothée holds a Master’s degree in Private International Dispute Resolution, with honours, from Paris-Panthéon-Assas University, where he wrote his thesis on the exclusion of arbitration from the Brussels I bis Regulation. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Law from the National University of Ireland Maynooth and a Licence in Law, with high honours, from Lyon Catholic University.
