Shyam is an associate in the London office. He has experience acting in commercial and investment treaty arbitrations across a wide range of sectors, including mining, construction, real estate, pharmaceuticals, banking and manufacturing. He has also acted for clients in proceedings before Indian courts.
Shyam is dual-qualified in England & Wales and India. He holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from the National University of Juridical Sciences in India and an LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement (MIDS) from the University of Geneva and the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies.
Shyam is fluent in English and Hindi and has a working understanding of Marathi and Tamil.
