Oorvi is an associate in the London office. She is experienced in both international commercial and investor-state arbitration, and in arbitration-related litigation. She has acted for State-owned entities, multinational corporations, and international organisations, across a range of sectors (including energy, finance, technology, and healthcare) under various institutional rules.

Oorvi has previous experience working in Singapore and London. She also served as a judicial law clerk to Justice R.F Nariman of the Supreme Court of India.

Oorvi holds a law degree from NALSAR University of Law, India, where she graduated with three gold medals. She is qualified in England & Wales and India.

  • Representing a European State-owned entity in a London-seated ICC arbitration concerning the effect of international sanctions against Russia on the performance of various coal supply contracts
