Maria’s experience involves supporting intricate, high value cases before the High Court and the Court of Appeal, in matters concerning shareholder disputes, fraud, insolvency claims and defamation. She has managed many e-discovery projects in civil litigation and employment law, catering to high net-worth clientele, and is regularly engaged in cases that require her linguistic proficiency, particularly in Russian.

Maria’s involvement extends to the firm’s pro bono practice, where she recently contributed to an application before the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) under the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR). This application focused on state violations of various ECHR Articles, such as the right to life and the prohibition of torture.
