Julián, an associate in the Paris office, has experience representing States and private investors in international investment and commercial arbitrations under ICSID, UNCITRAL, and ICC Rules. His work spans sectors including energy, infrastructure, gaming, and financial services.
Prior to joining Three Crowns, Julián worked at the Attorney General’s Office of Argentina, where he was part of the international litigation team handling the country’s defence in high-profile investment treaty arbitrations.
Julián holds a Master’s in Law and Economics from the University Torcuato Di Tella, where he wrote a thesis on third-party litigation funding, later published in the Revista Argentina de Arbitraje. He earned his law degree from the University of Buenos Aires, where he specialised in public international law and participated in international moot court competitions.
Julián is admitted to practice in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He is fluent in Spanish and English, and has a working knowledge of French.
