Swasti is a paralegal in the London office, with a background in arbitration and litigation. She holds a BSc. in Politics, Philosophy & Economics from King’s College London, where she also earned a Diploma in Law and International Relations.
Swasti’s professional journey began during her studies, working part-time at Mishcon de Reya’s International Fraud Group. After completing her degree, she joined Withers LLP as a Litigation & Arbitration Paralegal, working closely with their Co-Head of International Arbitration.
In addition to her paralegal roles, Swasti has experience in Barristers’ Chambers, supporting Upper Tribunal hearings and contributing to family law matters. Swasti is also passionate about social impact, volunteering with organizations such as the National Centre for Domestic Violence and the Met Police.
She is fluent in English, Hindi, Urdu and Bengali along with foundational knowledge of Spanish.
