Simon Elliot will speak at a panel discussion on the “Role of Expert Witness in Construction Arbitration” at the Hochiminh City International Construction Arbitration Conference (HICAC2023).

The conference will bring together professionals from the construction industry, legal experts, arbitrators, and academics to discuss the latest trends, practices, and developments in construction arbitration. Additionally, as Vietnam continues to experience significant growth in construction activities, the conference provides a timely platform for stakeholders to exchange knowledge and insights on the challenges and opportunities facing the construction arbitration landscape in Vietnam and beyond.

It is hosted by the Society of Construction Law Viet Nam (SCLVN) and the International Law Faculty at Hochiminh City University of Law, with support from the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) and ICC Arbitration & ADR South Asia.

The event will take place in person on Monday 17 April at Le Méridien Saigon, Hochiminh City, Vietnam. Simon’s panel will be from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm ICT.
