Simon Elliot will moderate the “Psychology in Arbitration” panel discussion, as part of the Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution (AIADR)’s online fellowship roundtable series.

The event brings together ADR practitioners and scholars to explore how psychology plays a role in arbitration proceedings, particularly in cross-examination of witnesses, award writing, and decision making.

The virtual session will take place on Friday 25 November from 5:00 to 6:00pm MYT / 9:00 to 10:00am GMT.
