Simon Consedine moderated a panel on the ‘In-house Perspective on International Arbitration’ at Columbia Law School on Monday 23 January 2023.

The discussion addressed the clients’ perspectives on business development, arbitration/dispute management, procedural complexities, and working with multiple counsels/firms.


Simon is counsel in the Washington, DC office. He has significant experience in commercial arbitration and investment arbitrations, having represented clients across a wide range of sectors.
