Three Crowns partner Scott Vesel, and counsel Ilija Mitrev Penushliski, will be speaking at a two-day online international arbitration conference, “Business and Arbitration in an Era of Globalization: Challenges and Perspectives.” The event will take place on May 11 – 12 and is organised by the Economic Chamber of North Macedonia.

Scott will speak on day 1 of the conference on Tuesday, 11 May at 1:00 pm – 1:45 pm CEST (BST +1) on “Panel III: The Use of Arbitration in Key Sectors,” and will discuss hot topics in infrastructure disputes. On Wednesday, 12 May, day 2 of the conference, Ilija will moderate “Panel V: Legitimacy of International Arbitration,” at 11:35 am – 12:20 pm CEST.

ABOUT SCOTT VESEL

Scott, a partner in the firm’s Bahrain office, has a decade and a half of experience handling complex international investment and commercial arbitrations in the oil and gas, construction, energy, mining, technology, and agribusiness sectors.
