Reza Mohtashami KC will speak at a panel discussion on “The balancing act in infrastructure and construction projects: building synergy between companies, legal representatives, and experts”, at the 6th ICC India Arbitration Day.

The panel will begin by examining the key concerns and common sources of disputes in the construction industry, unique risks, and prominent issues of prolongation, acceleration and disruption associated with these large contracts. The panellists will share practical insights on balancing the roles and objectives of the stakeholders in the dispute resolution process and discuss dispute resolution techniques and mitigation strategies including solutions within the suit of ICC Dispute Resolution Services specific to the construction sector.

Reza will speak alongside panellists Gaganpreet Puri (Alvarez & Marsal), Gitanjali Bajaj (DLA Piper), and Shashank Garg (Counsel, High Court of Delhi and Supreme Court of India). The panel will be moderated by Kabir Singh (Clifford Chance, ICC Court Member, Singapore).

ABOUT REZA MOHTASHAMI KC
