COVID-19 Impacts
The panelists will discuss interim measures and the unique issues and considerations that are likely to arise due to COVID-19.
In light of the fluid COVID-19 situation, interim measures can be vital to companies as they continue to feel the economic impact due to the pandemic. In this context, the panelists will discuss the importance of being able to apply for interim measures in international arbitration and obtain orders that maintain the status quo, preserve assets, or preserve evidence pending resolution of their disputes.
