Simon Consedine will moderate a panel at Bucharest Arbitration Days on the topic “Power in Partnership: The Role of Counsel and Experts in Ensuring Due Process in International Arbitration”.
The session will explore how collaboration between counsel and experts can enhance procedural fairness and effectiveness in arbitration, and will feature insights from leading practitioners in the field.
Simon will moderate a distinguished panel including Anamaria Popescu (Ankura), Hilde van der Baan (A&O Shearman), and Robin Oldenstam (Mannheimer Swartling).
The panel will take place on Thursday 5 June from 16:00 to 17:15 at the InterContinental Athénée Palace Bucharest, Le Diplomate Venue.
