Shaparak Saleh will join a virtual panel on “Shareholder disputes in mining projects in Guinea: Challenges and dispute resolution in the context of permit withdrawals” as part of an upcoming webinar hosted by Delos Dispute Resolution and Thiam & Associés.

Shaparak will speak alongside Thomas Granier (Anima Dispute Resolution), Alain Feneon (Independent Arbitrator), José Manuel Garcia Represa (Wordstone Dispute Resolution), Ismaël Traoré (Thiam & Associés), and Joachim Gbilimou.
