Shaparak Saleh, will speak on a panel titled “Geopolitical Shifts and International Arbitration: Navigating Disputes in a Fragmented World”, organised by Pestalozzi as part of Swiss Arbitration Summit 2026.
The panellists will provide expert insights into how geopolitical changes – from sanctions to supply chain disruptions and global power realignments – are transforming international arbitration.
Shaparak will speak alongside Áine McCartney (Nordex), Christina Marakas Ravndal (SGS), Moritz Keller (Clifford Chance), Florian Mohs (Pestalozzi), and Alexandra Johnson (Pestalozzi).
The session will take place on Wednesday 14 January, from 12:30 to 2:00 pm at the InterContinental Hotel Geneva.
