Shaparak Saleh will speak at a conference on “Le rayonnement d’une place d’arbitrage aujourd’hui et demain : Regards croisés et comparés franco-suisse” (“The Influence of the Seat of Arbitration Today and Tomorrow: Franco-Swiss Perspectives”), hosted by the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA) and the French Arbitration Association (AFA).
Shaparak will speak on the panel, “Les conseils et utilisateurs de l’arbitrage en France et en Suisse : demandes, attentes et deceptions” (“Arbitration Users in France and Switzerland : Desires , Expectations and Deceptions”).
The event, which is supported by the Geneva and Paris Bar Associations, will take place on Friday 7 October at Hôtel Métropole Genève in Switzerland. The panel on which Shaparak will be speaking will be from 4:10 to 5:00pm CEST.
