NYAW | Donald (Trey) Earl Childress III to speak at the 20th anniversary ‘Key issues in international dispute resolution’ conference

Donald (Trey) Earl Childress III, Of Counsel at Three Crowns LLP, will speak on a panel at the ‘Key issues in international dispute resolution: 2025 20th anniversary conference,’ taking place as part of New York Arbitration Week. The event will bring together leading voices in arbitration and mediation for a day of discussion on the latest developments shaping the field.

Trey will join the opening panel, ‘Award enforcement and personal jurisdiction in the United States,’ on Friday, November 21, from 9:30 to 11:00 am (EST). The session will be moderated by Professor Pamela Bookman, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Professor of Law at Fordham Law School, and he will speak alongside Professor Ingrid Brunk of Vanderbilt Law School, Natalie Reid of Debevoise & Plimpton, and Professor Robert Smit of Columbia Law School. Together, they will explore recent trends in enforcement and jurisdiction that continue to influence cross-border dispute resolution practice.
