Nusaybah Muti and Akash Karmarkar will speak on a panel at the TADS Alumni Homecoming event, hosted as part of the first edition of the Sciences Po Arbitration Days.
The conference features panels moderated and delivered by alumni of the Transnational Arbitration & Dispute Settlement (TADS) LLM. Nusaybah will speak on the “Practical tools and navigational management” panel, which Akash will be moderating.
The event will take place on Saturday 9 September from 9:00am to 12:30pm and will be followed by a Networking Brunch organised by MGC Arbitration.

ABOUT AKASH KARMARKAR
Akash is an associate in the Paris office. He has significant experience in advising States, State-owned entities, and private corporations in international commercial arbitrations, investment arbitrations and cross-border disputes. He works across a range of sectors, including construction, banking and finance, oil & gas, and private equity. Akash holds an LL.M. in Transnational Arbitration and Dispute Settlement from Sciences Po Paris, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and was awarded the Squire Patton Boggs Research Excellence Grant.
ABOUT NUSAYBAH MUTI
Nusaybah is an associate in our London office. She has experience advising and representing companies and states in commercial and investment arbitrations across various sectors including oil and gas, construction and financial services. Nusaybah has been involved in proceedings under various institutional rules, including the ICC, LCIA, and ICSID rules. She holds an LL.M. in Transnational Arbitration and Dispute Settlement from Sciences Po Paris, where she was awarded the Sciences Po LL.M. scholarship.
