The theme of this year’s symposium is “Unfolding the future of international arbitration: substantive challenges and the rise of a new model”. In addition to looking at the future of international arbitration, it will also explore the current challenges facing the practice.
The event, which is hosted by the IBA Arb40 Subcommittee, is open to practitioners under the age of 40.
It will be held on Sunday 30 October with Nicola’s panel taking place from 2:15 to 3:45pm ET and will be followed by a drinks reception.
