Nicola Peart has been appointed to the International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution (CPR)’s Young Attorneys in International Dispute Resolution (Y-ADR) Steering Committee. She will serve on the Committee until 2025.
The Y-ADR Steering Committee is the leadership group for CPR’s Y-ADR; a global group composed of in-house counsel, law firm counsel, and neutrals. The group provides unique networking and professional development opportunities, and provides an insider’s view into how to manage disputes to resolve them more effectively and efficiently, if not to prevent them altogether. The Y-ADR Steering Committee members are selected after a rigorous application process and serve staggered three-year terms.
