Manish Aggarwal will speak at a panel discussion on “First time arbitrator and expert witness appointments” at the Who’s Who Legal and GAR Live: Future Leaders Arbitration 2022 conference.  The panellists will explore best practices when sitting as an arbitrator, common issues that arise for first-time arbitrators and expert witnesses, and dealing with conflicts of interest when accepting appointments.
