Manish Aggarwal will speak at a panel on “Decoding M&A and shareholder disputes – A discussion on key legal and quantum issues”, as part of London International Disputes Week (LIDW) 2024.
The session, hosted by Osborne Partners, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, and Burford Capital, will address the common types of entry- and exit-level disputes, remedies available, valuation considerations, and strategic advice. In particular, the panel will focus on misrepresentation and breach of warranty claims, corporate governance related issues, purchase price considerations, and disputes in the context of exit rights afforded to investors.
Manish will speak alongside Montek Mayal of Osborne Partners, Shaneen Parikh and Amita Gupta of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Patrick Taylor of Debevoise & Plimpton, and Mick Smith of Burford Capital.
