Manish Aggarwal to speak at CIArb Nigeria webinar, “Appointing and Being Appointed as an Arbitrator: Rules, Realities, and the Road Between”

Manish Aggarwal will speak at a webinar titled, “Appointing and Being Appointed as an Arbitrator: Rules, Realities, and the Road Between”, hosted by the Corporate & In-House Counsel Committee of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) Nigeria Branch. In particular, Manish will unpack the interplay between institutional rules and real-world nomination strategies, drawing from his dual roles as arbitration counsel and arbitrator.

Manish will speak alongside Professor Wale Olawoyin, SAN FCIArb, (President, Lagos Court of Arbitration) and Gbenga Bello (Associate Director – Dispute Resolution, IHS (Nigeria) Ltd). The session will be moderated by Oyinlola Adebayo LL.M, FCIS, FCIArb(UK) (Company Secretary, AMCON) and coordinated by Eunice Iretioluwa Banjo (Company Secretary, Superflux).
