Luke Sobota to speak at Practising Law Institute’s International Arbitration 2021 conference

Luke Sobota will be a faculty member on the “International Arbitration Disputes Arising out of COVID-19, Defenses and Damages” panel at Practising Law Institute’s International Arbitration 2021 conference. The discussion, which will explore contractual defenses, the frustration of purpose, economic hardship, and the impact on the assessment of damages, will take place on Tuesday 22 June at 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm ET (-5 BST).
