Luke Sobota and Ilija Mitrev Penushliski will be speaking at the “Compliance with Investment Awards” webinar, hosted by Delos Dispute Resolution. The webinar will bring together State representatives, World Bank officials, academics, and practising attorneys to examine compliance and the future of investment protection. It builds on an extensive study, ‘State Compliance with Investment Awards’ ICSID Review 35(3), 2020, pp. 540-594, which was co-authored by Ilija and Emmanuel Gaillard.
Ilija will be providing the opening remarks for the event and Luke will be addressing strategic and legal issues arising in the context of non-compliance, from a US-law perspective.
The event will take place on Thursday 2 December from 4:30 – 7:30pm ET (GMT – 5).
