Laura França Pereira will moderate a roundtable titled “El futuro del arbitraje ibérico: nuevas tendencias vistas por la próxima generación” during the CEIA-40 / APA-40 Roundtable, held as part of the II Diálogos Ibéricos de Arbitragem organized by the CEIA and APA.
The session will examine emerging trends in Iberian arbitration from a next-generation perspective, including procedural innovation, legal technology, evolving working methods, and training. Laura will moderate a discussion featuring Constança Borges Sacoto (Linklaters), Oliver Cojo (Arias SLP), Miguel Pereira da Silva (Cuatrecasas), and Atenea Martínez (Uría Menéndez).
The roundtable will take place on Friday, 13 February, at 12:45 pm (CET) at Cuatrecasas in Madrid.

About Laura França Pereira
Laura is a senior associate in the Madrid office. She specialises in international commercial and investor-State arbitration and has extensive experience acting in complex and high-value disputes across a range of sectors, including banking & finance, energy, oil & gas, infrastructure, aerospace, and food & beverages. Laura has acted in proceedings under several arbitration rules, including ICC, ICSID, UNCITRAL, LCIA, AAA-ICDR, and CAM-CCBC.
Laura has been ranked as a “Future Leader” for arbitration by Who’s Who Legal and as a “Recommended Lawyer” for International Arbitration by Legal 500 in its Latin America ranking.
