Kathryn Khamsi will speak at the “Climate change and the changing role of arbitration” event hosted by Compass Lexecon as part of Paris Arbitration Week 2024.
This panel will discuss the impact on arbitration of evolving climate change regulation and policy.
Kathryn will speak in particular about emissions trading schemes and arbitration.
